Emma Loa, born in Seattle, WA, has been raised on the beauty that is the Pacific North West. Growing up in a family that has food for a love language, it's no surprise it became a passion. With one parent exploring vegan, vegetarian and pescatarian cuisine and the other being a hunter, this brought a broad spectrum of food and flavors for Emma. Finding ways to appease even the pickiest eater, whether it was by choice, or a dietary restriction. She loves creating healthy food that tastes incredible, because eating well should not be a chore.
